Users License Agreement Acceptance Form

MICROSOFT-STUDENTS
This acceptance form is valid for the Microsoft products listed below, which shall be referred to collectively herein as the "Software". Software is made available to you because the University has purchased license coverage for the Software through Microsoft Campus Agreement Subscription Student Option. The University is extending to you the right to use the Software on a personally-owned computer or an institution-owned computer designated for your exclusive use. You do not own the license or the CDs; rather you are leasing the license and CDs from the University for the term of the agreement. You will be required to remove the software from your personal machine immediately upon the earlier of (a) any event, with the exception of graduation, which causes you no longer to be a student of the institution or (b) expiration Campus Agreement Subscription term. If you graduate during the agreement term, the Software license will convert to a perpetual license (meaning you own the Software) as verified in your Student License Confirmation, which may be obtained from the University at that time. The Student License Confirmation is proof of Software ownership. You are granted right to use the following Software products per the term of the Campus Agreement Subscription Student Option: Windows OS upgrades, Office Products, Publisher, SharePoint Designer and Visual Studio.
MICROSOFT-FACULTY AND STAFF
This acceptance form is valid for the Microsoft products listed below, which shall be referred to collectively herein as the "Software". Software is made available to you because the University has purchased license coverage for the Software through the Microsoft Campus Agreement Subscription. The University is extending to you the right to use the Software for school-related purposes on a personally-owned computer or an institution-owned computer designated for your exclusive use. You do not own the license or the CDs; rather you are leasing the license and CDs from the University for the term of the agreement. You will be required to remove the software from your personal machine immediately upon the earlier of (a) any event which causes you no longer to be an employee of the institution or (b) expiration Campus Agreement Subscription term. Non-knowledge workers such as maintenance, groundskeepers, cafeteria and mailroom, etc. are excluded from Work at Home Use Rights if they were not included in the Full-Time Equivalent calculation when the Campus Agreement was signed.
You are granted right to use the following Software products per the term of the Campus Agreement 3.1 Subscription: Windows OS upgrades, Office Products, Publisher, SharePoint Designer and Visual Studio.
ALL OTHER LICENSE BUNDLES-STUDENTS, FACULTY AND STAFF
This software is made available to you because the University has enrolled in a volume licensing program through the manufacturer. Terms of the license program are included on the media and/or on the manufacturer's website and apply to this purchase.
MEDIA RETURNS AND TECHNICAL SUPPORT
License Agreement media is non-returnable. You are responsible for verifying that your system meets the minimum specifications to run the Software as listed on the manufacturer's website prior to purchase. No technical support is provided by the Campus Store. This includes installation assistance and troubleshooting of errors incurred during installation. The Campus Store will exchange defective media within 14 days of purchase. Defective media exchange requests will be handled through the service dept. and the media will be tested before exchange. After 14 days media replacement must be requested directly with the manufacturer and a cost may be associated with that replacement.
Purchase Limit:
You may purchase only one copy of each title software.
